Simply put, those who do not accept the seven OEcumenical Councils, and especially those who reject some of these OEcumenical COuncils, cannot be considered Orthodox. Sure they can, just not by you. After all, we are talking about "Orthodoxy" as you are defining it (7 = Orthodox). If we g...
