There are ROAC member in Saint Petersburg but no official parish due to legal issues of registration.

I visited in 2010 the relics of Saint Xenia. There were many people and it was not a special day. The chapel is very small and many people are outside. The picture seems to be taken when the chapel was empty in order to have a better picture.

I think that since they saw the popularity of Matrona in Russia, the Romanian adopted it. No need to get paid for it. It is like the fake Luke of Crimea.
