If the Shroud is real, why would they be afraid of exposing it to sunlight? Wouldn't it be incorrupt like the bodies of Saints?

But why did God give me certain passions if He doesn't want me to satisfy them? I guess my problem is reconciling God's way with nature, which seem very opposed. And the fact that God made nature makes it confusing, like, He made me a certain way and then He's telling me not to be the way I was made.
