CAN SOMEONE WRITE IN SPANISH OR FRENCH?

Dear Brothers in Christ,
Can someone of you write to me (at my email) in Spanish or French?
I need some explanations about the sending of messages to the CAFE, but I do not understand very well the "web-language" in English.
