Do they hurt ? Or are they sore ?
Probably it is not anything to worry about.
Whereabouts are they ? On the back or front of the neck ?
Ask the Queen of Heaven to remove them, whatever they may be.

They're sore they probably aren't anything to worry about but i'm still praying.

Well THAT's good to hear. Why not apply some herbal tincture or cream to them as well as praying ?
Maybe a few times a day. That should clear 'em up slowly but surely, along with Heaven's Help.
