Apparently Amazon is having issues with it although it's available in another version. Maybe someone put a complaint in. Thankfully I got my copy shipped in time.

Sounds to me like the activity of the evil one trying to cause obstacles for the readers eager to learn from this book.

@subdeaconNektarios in your book “The Russian Orthodox Church Abroad & The Genuine Orthodox Christians of Greece: A History” you suggest this letter is proof that the consecration’s were secretly accepted by the Bishops that signed, how is this so? When read it seems it is saying “thanks for having us”, can you elaborate?

"To His Eminence"

What rank is granted this title?

This is a fascinating topic. If we measure by how one is addressed in a letter, what do we make of the other letters addressed to ecumenists like St. Philaret to his "brother Bishops"? There are so many examples we can pull out from ROCOR on this question if this is the measure of proof.

St. Mark of Ephesus: "His Beatitude the Pope of the presbyters of Rome."

St. Mark of Ephesus to emperor John VIII Palaiologos and Patriarch Joseph II: “Holy Emperor Lord John and Holy Patriarch Joseph"

St. Mark Ephesus to the Pope: "Holy father, receive your children."
