It's very interesting, as you have observed, that many Roman Catholic bookstores carry their products. I think this explains why as time has gone by, the overwhelming majority of their newer "icons" are of Roman Catholic subjects, and not Orthodox ones - simply put, that's where the money is (since most Orthodox vendors are "on to them").
The images they sell are obviously not icons, even the ones that involve Orthodox subjects/types. The strange choice of colours always struck me as a bit surreal, and coming to know what I have about them (including what you posted just now), this makes sense.
