Was that picture of Abp Leonty from the Sollugub book ? It looks just like that style

I have one of Metropolitan Philaret presiding at a Rocor Church in Germany right here as I type which has the same appearance.

That Tunis church consecration was the site for the famous picture of St John in the altar surrounded by uncreated light, as far as it looked to pious observers.

There were also parishes in Morocco, too. What about Algeria, still ruled by France then ? I don't think so, but maybe one ?
