Gregory Decapolite is a layperson, not a monk, and he's not in ROCOR-MP. I won't say anymore, since he is the type of person that would appreciate anonymity.

There is an affirmed Orthodox understanding of "Branches" by the Catacomb Church, in the Usk-Kut Catacomb council of 1937... It also affirmed the anathema against the Communists, and the Sergianist Church, and forbid receiving communion from the Soviet Church.

You have a false understanding of theosis, if you think theosis means none of the work is being done by man. That is a heresy called Mono-Energism. That idea probably just comes from leftover Protestantism, where you are "Perfectly Predestined to be Once Saved Always Saved" and things like that ...
