The Eucharist is derived from the bishop. When you receive the Eucharist you are confessing the same faith as that of your bishop. Your understanding of the role of the bishop is anything but Orthodox.

try www.thehtm.org or www.homb.org. They used to send somone to Japan each year to take the Eucharist to some faithful there. They could tell you more.
