(which many Antiochians do anyhow, including my priest)

I'm curious, if you make a thanksgiving meal for Thursday isn't there usually a few days worth of leftovers? What do people do with those during the fast if they are just breaking it for Thanksgiving?

Freeze 'em. Give the leftovers away. Take them into work for non-Orthodox to eat.
