I'm currently looking into the ROCIE and I recently read something about them saying that They endorse the name-worshipping heresy. Can someone on the forum confirm this?

That is not likely, Justice. ROCiE, which has since split into several groups, about which we in the West are ill-informed,
is very conservative. I doubt any of the factions would endorse Name-Worshipping.
You would be safe to explore this jurisdiction. But good luck figuring out who is under whom there these days...
