After looking into the origins of the ROCIE-V I realized it wasn't the jurisdiction for me. I'm looking at TOC's in Texas and there's three options: 1. an RTOC mission parish 2. the Mission parish which HieromonkIrineos is at (GOC-A) and 3.The GOC under Archbishop Stephanos. I still haven't made up my mind.

Yes it's been delayed for various reasons but it's still going to happen.
