My apologies if there is already an intra-TOC thread on this group though I could not see it...
This synod of Kallinikos seems quite large and I believe is dubbed the synod in resistance?
I know every Greek old calendarist group mostly has dirt on every other Greek old calendarist group though this group seems to have an orthodox confession...
Can the more learned please elaborate?
The parishes that I have found thus far in my area seem to be;
- A non endorsed church most likely vagante group
- Mathewite church currently separated from the main group...
- Florinite church currently separated from the main group with bishop Chrstophoros split
There is another church belonging to this group so looking to get everyone's position?

Thank you as always!!!
First remember that this same Monk Kyrikos who was originally a bishop with the GOC Synod wrote the letter as secretary of the GOC, denouncing the ROCOR in 1976. This is the same Monk Kyrikos who has been in schism from the GOC Synod since 2005. Coincidence? This is the same Monk Kyrikos who is causing dissension and spreading rumors to destroy the GOC. The latest fruit is that two bishops, Pachomios and Efstathios, have been censored and expelled from the Synod of the GOC this year (2018) because they have maintained communication with Monk Kyrikos. is it surprising that the Synod of Kallinikos also opposes this Monk Kyrikos? I have communicated with several clergy and members who belong to the schismatic church established by Monk Kyrikos. The disinformation and gossip they spread is not of God.
Concerning the SiR and the Kallinikos Synod.
In 2014, the Synod of Resistance (SiR) joined with the Synod of Kallinikos. Then Agafangel of Russia joined in communion with the Synod of Kallinikos.
It is not a matter of 'dirt' but a matter of all the schisms that have taken place from the original GOC established by St. Matthew. Chyrostomos of Florina was imprisoned where he was drugged and beaten in 1935 after joining with and consecrating St. Matthew's GOC in 1935.
I believe that this imprisonment, drugging, questioning, abuse by pulling out his facial hairs, beatings, starvation, sleep-deprivation by inadequate clothing and cold, and other maltreatments of Chrysostomos of Florina by the Freemasons in both the Greek government and in the Greek New Calendarist clergy, did cause Chrysostomos tremendous suffering and a weakening of faith.
Why else would Chrysostomos deny in 1937 that confession of faith which he had written with St. Matthew and the other GOC bishops in 1935? This led to the schism in which Archbishop Chrysostomos of Florina broke communion with St. Matthew. This fractured the Holy Genuine Orthodox Church of Greece.
One must remember that all the bishops in the GOC, along with St. Matthew, were imprisoned by the Freemasonic State of Greece. Many recanted and rejoined the New Calendarists so horribly wrong were the drugging and abuses they suffered while in prison. Remember that the Freemasons had access to very strong mind-altering drugs produced by German-Nazi pharmaceutical companies. These same Freemasons were engaged in a world wide assault on Christians whether Orthodox, Roman Catholic, or Protestants. Their diabolical plan was to eradicate the very name of Christ, if they could.
Note that St. Matthew also suffered tremendously when he was also starved, drugged, abused, and imprisoned by these same satanic Freemasonic forces. Yet, he did not buckle under and deny the True Faith. Instead, St. Matthew remained true to the faith. This is often overlooked by those who follow Chrysostom of Florina in their zeal to defend this man. I am not denying the possibility that Chrysostomos did repent and did ultimately become a saint, but his initial apostasy should be acknowledged as causing much harm to the GOC.
Yet, the clergy in Kallinikos' Synod would rather ignore the sanctity of St. Matthew while wondering why the GOC under those who descend from St. Matthew do not defend Chrysostomos of Florina. Remember that Chrysostomos of Florina did not cooperate with St. Matthew and would not co-consecrate any bishops with St. Matthew, nor did Chrysostom consecrate any bishops for his own Florinites, but left them orphaned without any bishops when he died. Thus, he remained as a sole bishop alone in schism from St. Matthew.
Yet, Chrysostomos' many communications with St. Matthew show that Chrysostomos was attempting to repent, yet he remained a broken confused man, severely affected by the brutal treatment he suffered at the hands of the Freemasons both in the Greek government and in the Greek New Calendarist clergy. This weakness of Chrysostomos must be acknowledged by those in Kallinikos-SiR Synod, especially by those of the Synod in Resistance who originally proposed the glorification of Chrysostomos. Unless I am mistaken, before the union of 2014, Chrysostomos was not honored as a saint in the Kallinikos Synod. Instead it was pushed through by the bishops of the SiR.
