I suspect Met Filaret has no Bishop under him currently.
Birmingham COULD BE his own place of residence. Many Australians move to the UK. This is only a guess.
But I suspect if there were an active mission or Church in Brisbane where he used to be, we would be able to find a listing for it. I'm sure you searched for Brisbane, right ?
