The Orthodox have a special service to cleanse an area where heretics worshipped before they conduct a Divine Liturgy in that same place. Apparently the Ecumenist church has nothing like this.

According to Polycarp, as reported by Saint Irenaeus, and twice recorded in Eusebius' infamous history of the Church: The Apostle John the Evangelist once entered into a bath house to wash himself, and there he found the heretic Cerinthus, whom as soon as he saw he eschewed, and went out of it saying: Let us flee and go hence lest the bath fall upon us in which Cerinthus the enemy of truth washeth within, and as soon as he was out the bath house collapsed.

Is the Sanctuary a Holy place where Christ, who is Truth, dwells, or is it a common, public locker room type utility serving whichever team who happens to be in town?

OOD,

Why'd you call the Ecclesiastical History of Eusebius infamous? I can guess, but why guess when you can ask! ;)
