The Orthodox Church states that we can not know the status of salvation of those outside of the Church. God does as He pleases. Who He saves is up to him.

But, those who know more, will be judged by that. And it's not the "Orthodox Church" that states anything...it's the Christian dogmas that is preserved in the Orthodox faith.
The Papists teach that the Holy Spirit proceeds from the Father and Son. This is false teachings, which they are fully aware of, by their successors. The truth of Christ's teachings is that the Holy Spirit proceeds from the Father and with the Father and Son are worshipped and glorified by the prophets.
But, when the Comforter is come, whom I will send unto you from the Father, even the Spirit of truth, which proceedeth from the Father, He shall testify of Me. (John 15:26)
