Pic is from the very same Noor Pahlavi's x account, spouting sheer nonsense. Like this poster below says, they can't accept the reality of the defeat of the Pahlavi monarchists.
By the way, there are OTHER monarchists, too : Iranians claiming to be descendants of the previous Qajar dynasty.
But that is a shady deal, because there were literally thousands of "Qajar Princes", and many Iranians exile have made this claim with little verifiability.
Bottom line : Never believe an Iranian telling you he is a Qajar prince. Highly unlikely.
