I would only exercise some caution about this. People were cheering when Saddam's statue was torn down in Baghdad as well, a few years later we see how that turned out.
Were oil, Maduro's support of Putin's regime, assertion to US hegemony and so on factors? Absolutely, I think it'd be absurd to think they weren't.
I'm not going to shed any tears for Maduro. The true extent of what was done to that country, the mass starvation, the reign of terror and how many untold lives were cut short will probably be exposed in detail within the next few decades.
I can only hope the best for the Venezuelan people, that they kick out these "Bolivarian" communist thugs and return the true glory Simon Bolivar wanted for the people of Venezuela.
