Evidence witnessed by whom? Bring on the accusers, if indeed they have seen something with their own eyes. Anyone who would accuse these bishops, or their flock, of Simony could only hope that whoever listens to this accusation has never met these bishops.

I think you have exposed yourself as a Florinite/Cyprianite. They don't baptize anyone who has been baptized. They do baptize new-calendarists because NCs have no grace and therefore have no true Orthodox baptism. Since 'sprinkling' is the norm in Romania the NCs have even lost the imitation of the external form of baptism.

The story closer to the truth is most likely that the Romanian bishops rejected the Kiousis synod because they don't practise what they claim to believe. Various representatives of TOCs from Greece have made the trip to visit Bishops Cassian and Gherontie, but the orthodoxy and/or orthopraxy of all the groups were found to be lacking.
I find it revealing that at first you don't know who these folks are, have never heard of them, then a day later you are writing slander about them. Who did you call, one person? Metropolitan Kyrikos has been investigating them for two years and we have found out things about them that they didn't even know because they had been living in a nearly catacomb existence and have no official records. I found out about them 5 or 6 years ago, but at that time they didn't even know who had consecrated Bishop Victor Leu. Please let me suggest that, if you haven't talked to the eyewitness[s] who are making these 'accusations', (or is it rumours?), you refrain from posting such nonsense on the internet.
(BTW: It is not a very good idea to add a PS to a post some 24 hours after it was posted. It might get overlooked by those who have already read the earlier post.)
