There have been a bunch of awesome red auroras across Europe during the late hours of February 27 and February 28, 2014.

By the time night fell in Canada, most of the energy for red auroras was not present.

However, there is one shot that was spectacular: Taken by Francis Anderson on February 28, 2014 @ About 4km just outside Tuktoyaktuk, Northwest Territories Canada on the arctic ocean
