Episcopalian "church" dedicated to St John of Shanghai ?

Have any of our members heard of this phenomenon by any chance ?
I saw a passing mention with no details. I am not sure if this was a projected idea which got quashed,
or the place was built or if already existed, dedicated to St John of Shanghai and S.F> ?
