Although mention was made that the Bulgarian sister church of the SiR would join the GOC (K), they were neither pictured in the photos nor was mention made of them in the weekend talks between Archbishop Kallinikos, the Russian TOC headed by Met. Agafangel and the Romanian TOC headed by Met. Vlasie.
In addition, there is no mention made of the Bulgarian TOC in the Encyclical just issued on March 23, 2014.
