Thanks for the notification, Igor.

The main problem seems to be summarized in this paragraph (trans. by google)

Unfortunately, the experience of the past few years has shown that travel long distances, spending money, and heavy and private trips to the synodal meeting is not possible, as with other writing rukovodstvovatsya ierehami also not the case - always conduct correspondence regarding various discussions impossible. Recently, there were many misunderstandings and problems because of this. But the problem here is not only due to the lack of any correspondence; Over the past three years, I did not get a single copy of the minutes of any meeting of the Synod. This in itself indicates a further way in which our Church Abroad forced itti- especially after it was announced that the Synod RTOC will no longer publish the minutes of its meetings !? - So that you will not find in the Computers!

Distance and expense and communications difficulties. They simply need to be with a synod they are closer to and can be in better regular contact with. Fair enough, I should say.

In the fifth paragraph , Bp Stephan stated that his diocese would become autonomous.
If that's the case it will be ninth jurisdiction
that , directly or indirectly, originated from the Mansonville Synod.
As you may know ROCOR ( V) split into 3 groups a month ago.

Igor,

If you could kindly provide us with the names of all those who have split from the ROCOR (V) and their new websites, that would help. Then I can update the list of Traditional Orthodox.

Thank you for your assistance.

Metr. Philaret the Second?
Kyrie eleison!

On more cheerful and reasonable note, Bp Stefan, I think it important to note said this in his notice, "But this does not mean that we are breaking out of communication with RTOC. We will henceforth remember RTOC - our sister church - as the "Orthodox Episcopate of the persecuted / of the true Russian Church." His decision is a very gracious and well-intentioned one based on practical considerations for the needs of the local faithful and not as a denigration of anyone.
