Can world orthodox people can me commemorated in a pannikhida? Can their name be written on the dyptichs? I would say "no". But practically what do people do and how does the priest manage this question?

Absolutely! However, those who have fallen away from the EP and are in schism with the Church cannot!

you make it sound as if the EP is our Pope which he absolutely is not (although he may want to be)
Nonsense! All I am saying is if you are not in communion with the OFFICE of the EP, then according to the Holy Church, you are in schism.
