No, I was never with the Antiochians. I worked for the Antiochian Cathedral in Miami. I identified with them, and I still do. I was never a member, however, of an Antiochian parish. I was only a registered member of the ACROD.

Please provide the link to this essay you wrote as I would like to read it, but have a hard time seeing some of the things on your site due to the black background with blue type hurting my eyes.

I love the Carpatho-Rusyn customs as a Ukrainian myself. One of our Metropolia's missions, the one in Fairfax County, VA, uses prostopinje.

I feel your pain my son as you struggle with issues of Church politics. I think that the only solution is for you to join the true Church of Jesus Christ, the True UAOC-Sobornopravna Church. I am Metropolitan of this Church. We have five missions in the United States, and I would be happy to talk to you about ordaining you to a position as a missionary priest in your hometown. We are not a vagante or otherwise non-canonical Church, but a true, confessing catacomb Church.

While I love and respect the Church in Ukraine, this is deeper than a simple issue of Church politics-- innocent people are getting hurt. If the Church gets to the point where they have to ordain me, then I believe the end won't be far behind.

I don't think we're that bad off yet.

Since I know a little about some of the Ukrainian Churches, where did your council come from? I am curious.

Well, last I heard this is still the plan, per his recently purchased plane tickets. If not, the people going to the airport to meet him will be surprised! LOL!
