Savva,
Duly noted.

Why should he have that?
Ah..''cahounas'', now you are speaking my language. In any event, I wouldn't quite define courage as being rude to people on the net. If I hurt someone by my words, I would want to apologize; whether the other chooses to or not is hardly relevent. We are after all Christians, right?
Nicko,
I didn't say stating your own opinion is rude, but it seems like you are apologizing for nothing. He makes his statements. Why should you feel bad about what you feel to express.
Do you really think you hurt his feelings? Anyways, this is going nowhere. You are apologizing for something you haven't even done.
On a previous board, I told him that I was offended by his words. You are the type of person that would say you're sorry, if someone came out and told you directly: " I was offended by your words".
But, he...kept arguing that I took it the wrong way. Now tell me, Nicko. The type of person you are...would you not DEFINITELY apologize when someone tells you DIRECTLY that you offended them??
But, here you are apologizing for nothing, because he DOESN'T care. That, to me, my friend, is a person without cahounas.
Go back and read the quote he pasted and his comment. He doesn't have to say as many words as me, but he made you feel like you should apologize. Now why is that?
YOU didn't say anything WRONG.
It is a good Christian thing to apologize if we have offended someone, even though it was not our intent. We are discuss issues and debate various sides of this, but let us all remember not to make this personal as personal attacks on posters is never acceptable netiquette. Especially on an Orthodox Christian forum.
Now let us be getting back on topic, okay?
