There is an updated list of the Fathers at the site now, and tonight or tomorrow I plan on adding comments or information from somewhere between a dozen and two dozen more sources.

The OSB has been reviewed quite negatively here a few times. DO a search for Orthodox Study Bible here at the forum, and you will see all the issues with it. Personally I like the Orthodox New Testament best as it has notes on most of the verses from multiple Church Fathers. This is the version I use for my daily reading and for Reader's Services at home like Typica.

Dear Dn. Nikolai,

I had the opportunity the other day to flip through the Orthodox New Testament, Vol. 1 for a few minutes. The notes are decent (insofar as they stick with the Fathers), but that's about it. I didn't care for the formatting of the Scriptures (I think this could've been done more...traditionally), and the translation is not one I'd regularly read. I'm glad I was able to look through it before buying it, it's not something I'd buy, at least right now.

When you get a chance, please PM me.

Some Greek Manuscripts put 4 Maccabees in an Appendix, but it has never been considered part of the canon.
