Where can I find orthodox writings on dog's relationship to man?

Please accept my sincere condolences. It can be very, very hard to lose a pet.
There is a book by an Orthodox vetranarian, about many saint's relationships with animals. Light and Life Publishing has it. It's called Animals and Man: A State of Blessedness by Dr. Joanne Stefanatos
