I believe that our Lord could have laughed and did so without expressing it via Passion as you state. Could not Thy Passionless Passion be an expression of such laughter by Christ God Himself?

Sorry for going back to the beginning of this thread ... but I wanted to make a comment here.
Yes, there are different types of laughter.
We can laugh at ourselves when we make a stupid innocent mistake that doesn't offend anyone. Wouldn't that fall under humility?
For example, once when I was really tired, I went into another room to obtain something, then I forget why I walked into that room. (I'm showing my age now.) So, I left that room and went back to where I had been originally. Immediately I realized what I had intended to do, so I once again attempted to retrieve that object, but I again forget. So, this time, I wrote the name of that object on a piece of paper, but I was distracted by a phone call and misplaced that paper. What should I do, cry? I laughed at my myself. Why cry over spilt milk?
