P.S. Maybe if more people from Orthodox Countries would do as all the Fathers suggested, and read the Bible often - there would not be so many non-Orthodox Protestant Countries.

P.S.S. Maybe if more people from Orthodox Countries took Holy Tradition seriously so that the local language (English) was used in the Divine Liturgy, this would become an Orthodox Country.

This is the better way for secularism to be destroyed in the US - Holy Orthodoxy. It could happen if we have faith.

If I sow hatred, if I cause dissention, If I speak slander against another, then I am not with Christ.

But most of all if I hate then I am breaking Christ's commandment to "Love one another."

Canada had its share of bloodshed: The struggles between France and England for control just for starters leading up to the French and Indian War/ Seven Year's War. Later were the Rebellions of 1837 and the violence against Native Tribes and peoples such as the Metis and other conflicts.

Good things proceed from good seed. Had America been patient, better things would have come than years of war, agony, bloodshed, and murder.

And there have been plenty of good things that come from America along with the bad. As to if America had been "patient" you did not live then, you do not know what the people who believed that the Revolution was necessary went through. Better things might have come or it could have been decades and decades of oppression and being used by England or something else entirely.

For "What if?" questions on history there are some books by very good scholars that work out "what might have beens". But we live with what did happen. ah well.
