Hebrews 10:28-31

Post by 尼古拉前执事 »

Hebrews 10:28-31 He that despised Moses' law died without mercy under two or three witnesses: Of how much sorer punishment, suppose ye, shall he be thought worthy, who hath trodden under foot the Son of God, and hath counted the blood of the covenant, wherewith he was sanctified, an unholy thing, and hath done despite unto the Spirit of grace? For we know him that hath said, Vengeance belongeth unto me, I will recompense, saith the Lord. And again, The Lord shall judge his people. It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God.

If You Leave the Faith

What was once ROCOR will be in Communion with all those (OCA, GOA, Antioch, etc.) whom they have eschewed for decades because of the pan-heresy of Ecumenism. Oh dear sister, think not that nothing has been decided. I was told by an former ROCOR Matushka that the so-call unanimous resolution was written the night before the vote. This whole sham of a sobor was pre-determined YEARS ago.

Let not your heart be troubled. There are Bishops who are not defiled by Ecumenism and they, when the time is right, will gladly accept those who seek refuge as once the former ROCOR bishops offered solace to those running from the OCA.

And finally Katya, I am not judging my Brother, I am judging his poor behaviour and judgement.

Maybe the key is the phrase, "possessing the Truth in its fullness". It seems that only the Saints and Apostles "possessed the Truth in its fullness" and , for them, denying the Truth was impossible.

What does it mean to fully posses the Truth? Can it really be fully possessed while on earth? If the answer is no, then forgiveness is possible... for everything that is repented (Please correct me if I have the wrong idea here)

"Jesus Christ, the same yesterday, and today, and for ever." ( Heb.13:8 )

Nick, I have yet to see any definitive document which says ALL has been decided, one that shows exactly what has been decided. All I see so far is that they have agreed to talk to the MP to try and iron out differences. Other than that, show me where they have decided something concrete.

It is gratifying to see that you place more confidence in the word of a “former ROCOR Matushka” than in your own bishops and priests, and even less confidence in the God you claim is being betrayed.

Isn’t this the essence of the definition of Judgement?

There is a HUGE difference between judging a persons behaviour and judging the person. If you like, I will teach you the difference.

I used the term "former Rocor Matushka" because ROCOR no longer exists.

Where have I claimed God is being betrayed?

As a member of what was once ROCOR I was lied to twice by a former-ROCOR priest and once by the Metroplitan. I do not put my trust in Princes or Sons of men.

Why state in the resolution that the decision wass unanimous when, the very next day it is shown that the decision was NOT unanimous? The lies continue.

The differences should have been ironed out BEFORE the Sobor. The differences will never be ironed out now. Moscow is already making statements that it will not withdraw from the WCC. Moscow is already meeting with Rome in Rome. I hear from a Carp Priest that there will be a large gathering in Constantinople in November where Rome will be present and that an announcement will be made which will rock Christendom to its foundation.

So, sit back in your Ivory tower and cast aspersion on me because I don't have my head in the sand. Just be prepared to support your accusations and be very careful in what you say.
