Acupunture

Post by joasia »

Hello Cafe,

Does anybody have any Orthodox articles about this subject? I remember reading about it and how it is not accepted in Orthodoxy, but now I can't find it.

Thanks

Yes, any kind of medicine that makes use of non-Orthodox spirituality or religion of its nature opposes Orthodoxy. Secular medicine is not included, because it lacks any spiritual dimension. Of course, this means we cannot only rely on secular medicine for our well-being, but we must bless it and add to it through our prayers.
