As far as the weakness of my point about the guy not showing pain, you are quite right, but it was only a supporting point, and anyway, there is a photo where he does grimace so it's no longer relevant.

Current News: Authorities circulate photos of two persons of interest in the BMM:

• In the photos being distributed by law-enforcement officials among themselves, one of the men is carrying a blue duffel bag. The other is wearing a black backpack in the first photo, taken at 10:53 a.m., but it is not visible in the second, taken at 12:30 p.m.

  “The attached photos are being circulated in an attempt to identify the individuals highlighted therein,” said an e-mail obtained by The Post. “Feel free to pass this around to any of your fellow agents elsewhere.”

CNN is at fault for jumping the gun and circulating rumors that a suspect was arrested yesterday.
FBI said that no suspects have been arrested yet.

Note: The picture posted earlier (see post above by clicking the E Cafe link) was not the one being passed around by the FBI. The man in blue (left) has been cleared of suspicion. The 17 year old is now afraid to go to school according to an ABC Channel 10 San Diego news report. This event is bringing out the worst in the news media as they speculate and fabricate news to win awards.
