It seems like our thoughts and actions may in fact touch others in a mysterious way. I personally believe when we do good deeds, we help the consciousness of the entire planet for the better, and attract the grace and presence of God to our world. These are my own personal ideas.
Yes, our good or bad thoughts, words, and deeds do have a cosmic effect. That is why it is so important to pray without ceasing to the best of our ability. Lord have mercy.
When I had a cat, I noticed that when I was happy, the cat would come over and beg to be petted.
Whenever I was sad, this cat would also come over and try to make me happy by chasing a ball or pouncing on my lap and purring. However, whenever I was upset or angry with someone, it would hide from me. So, even animals are affected by our sinfulness.
