How do you define a true Orthodox Church?

I think Arcmode's definition of a True Orthodox Church is good. But we need to supplement it with more concrete guidelines. I suggest the following. A True Orthodox Church must:

1. Not belong to the World Council of Churches, 2. Must not follow the new calendar, 3. Must accept the ROCOR 1983 anathema against ecumenism, 4. Must accept that sergianism is a schism and/or heresy, 5. Must have apostolic succession from ROCOR or have been in communion with ROCOR before its fall.
