ROCOR is vagante?

Forget about the MP having grace or not. According to http://www.ind-movement.org/links_denominations.html, ROCOR is a vagante Church, but ROAC is not listed, so the latter must be legit. You guys should think about ROAC more seriously...apparently, ROCOR is fake.

Seriously, though, someone should correct him on this.
