I didn't see that the Vienna Church in this clip was named nor is the time frame given that i noted, but when i saw this come up automatically, I remembered the fact that Met Hilarion originally was posted to Austria

I wonder if this is the same parish ?
Does Austrian Autocrat recognize it [would be World Orthodox though] - or anyone else ?
