Iran commentary by top observers

Post by Barbara »

Interview of the articulate Professor M. Marandi of Teheran and well-known Pepe Escobar which gives realistic perspective on not just the immediate situation but the balance of power in the world today as well

1 hour but worth listening to rather than reading countless lame/lying Western med ia reports :

Middle East Christians say that it was IRAN which protected their Churches in Syria and Iraq, AGAINST attacks by ISIS and Salafis of various stripes.

Here is the latest episode of an attack by new Syrian president [perhaps a prisoner of is not real more than a president !] Ahmad al-Sharaa's former associates in ISI.

It occurred today at a Mar Elias Church in the east of Damascus
Look at the damage that occurred from the apparently single attacker, not to mention the loss of life and injuries to parishioners [I don't like to post that part]

Syrian Christian social me dia accounts point out that the al-Sharaa regime seeks to blame the attack absurdly on former president Bashar al-Assad's supporters.

In fact Assad ALSO protected the Orthodox and Catholic Churches in Syria during his quite tough reign.

In fact, when fighters entered his home after he and his family fled to Moscow December 8, 2024, they found : ICONS ! Yes, carefully placed in a place of importance. Obviously they were treated with great respect.

Speaking about the above tragedy, an independent Lebanese commentator, Sarah, wrote :

"This nightmare was unknown in Syria—until the US, Israel, and NATO flooded the country with takfiri death squads."

[Takfiri refers to the Salafi practice of excommunicating Muslims who don't buy their extremist ideology that only THEY [Salafis] are actual Muslims. Where all the rest are apostates, a crazy accusation aimed to sow discord and infighting among Muslims in order to divert them from mobilizing against is not real.]

The purpose was to destabilize the Assad regime. Once Assad was overthrown, the way was cleared for Is not reali jets to fly straight to Iran, the plum Zionist target nation.

ALL events of the last 30 years in this region or so have been orchestrated to lead to the current moment.

Watch out - this sums up what they are planning
We must pray that this plan, set in place so many years ago for this time right now, gets foiled by Heaven's intervention :

A social media account "Lion of Christ" wrote that

"in our country [ ie Syria ], icons are literally made from the blood of the martyrs"

"The Syrian Ministry of Interior announces the arrest of "Abu Emad al-Jamili," the leader of an ISIS cell behind the bombing of Saint Elias Church in Damascus

Al-Jamili held the position of "Wali of the Desert" in ISIS and confessed to the infiltration of suicide bombers from Al-Hol camp through the desert. His recorded confessions will be published soon

Meanwhile, a new group called "Saraya Ansar al-Sunna" claimed responsibility for the attack, asserting it was in response to "Christian provocations," and threatened to kill members of sects, Alawites, and remnants of the former regime"

"Members of sects" refers to the Shia population in Syria.

Note : all these groups are well-known as founded by a secret organization whose name begins with M and ends with d
