That's OK - BECAUSE : so many people will look up Fake-Matrona that some inevitably will find THIS thread and be enlightened by the excellent conversation that is relevant to many who are questing for the Truth.
About women on this site, there have been others in the past but up til you showed up, I was the only one who is presently active.
I had JUST been thinking about this, so it's good timing you showed up !
Welcome, feel right at home.

Barbara is right. Yes, we have side issues in the thread, but the posts do still relate to your experience with the “saints” of World Orthodoxy during the process of entering the faith, both in general and as it relates to Matrona of Moscow specifically. We can move to another thread if we need to expand on a side issue.

Is there a list of saints that the TO recognize? I've slowly been finding them out just by reading the different websites and this forum but I was just curious. Or perhaps it would be better to ask if there is a list that the TO do NOT recognize?

Contact a priest from a True Orthodox synod and arrange for him to travel to you, or for you to travel to him to be baptized. If there is no parish near you, do typika at home and collaborate with your priest to start a reader mission.

Re: Matrona of Moscow: Distraction from the REAL Saints
That's really nice to have a very complete list [though I don't agree with a few on there]
Very handy ! Thank you, H, that's nice of you to draw that up for Lemon Schist and everyone else visiting the site and the thread.
So, St Agafangel of Yaroslavl and St Andronik of Perm are NOT included in the Catacomb list ? Why is that ?
Lemon Schist, you will enjoy reading about Eldress Myrtidiotissa.
She specifically advised women on behalf of Our Lady to dress modestly, calling attention to what a grievous offense this is in the modern era.
[Politician Catherine Whiteford, are you listening ?!!]
Re: Matrona of Moscow: Distraction from the REAL Saints
While we are giving pointers to new arrivals here, this short lecture by Abp Gregory of Colorado on Freemasonry amongst the hierarchs of World Orthodoxy is very helpful.
Note the icons he has in his office : St Met Philaret on the right, St John Maximovitch, a photo of Abp Andrei of Rockland, St Tikhon the Confessor, etc.
