To me, it looks like it talks about the assistance from satellites mainly.

The president of the United States of America, at Israel’s request, threatened Kurds to either commit suicide or face consequences.
The president blackmailed with Epstein files is now blackmailing a defenseless nation to either act as cannon fodder or get punished.
