Just for the record, so far there were 3 black bishops in the history of the OC. Nyphon SiR (he was defrocked for polygamy) George SiR (he passed away) and now Mathaios MTOC.

P.S : Fr Serapheim is going to be ordained as a Catacomb bishop

Are you saying in the history of the Orthodox Church there have only been 3 'black' bishops? That's doubtful, but even if it is true, what does it matter? Besides, of the '3' you mentioned only one is Orthodox.
