I have been hearing about this for a while but I didn't want to be part of a fear/dis-info campaign so I haven't said much to anyone about it before. However, I think it is worth considering given the geopolitical situation and I don't mind looking a little bit stupid (or even very stupid) to stay on the safe side and maybe help some friends.
There is a planned blackout drill for North America on the 13th of November this year that will involve 150 companies including power distributors and will simulate a cyber and physical attack on the electrical grid. I'm not sure if there will actually be a black out, or how it is possible to 'simulate' an attack on a power grid, but there are a few things about this worth noting.
First off is the fact that many false-flag terror events, like 9/11, 7/7 London bombings, Boston bombing, Port Arthur massacre, even the recent Naval yard shooting, coincide with drills for almost identical events on the same day, and the same, or a nearby location. This has been part of the fake terror pattern for a long time. So it's always good to keep an eye on 'drills.'
Second is the numerological significance of the date. 13/11/13. 13 is a powerful number in Occult practice, as is 11. Exactly 13 days later the comet Ison will be closest to the Sun. It will be 13th - Scorpio. The Bolshevik revolution was enacted under the sign of Scorpio with free-masonic exactness. Not that I am obsessed with these numbers and signs and such, but I'm not going to pretend that some powerful people are not.
There is a possibility that a real blackout will be deliberately caused and blamed on Solar activity tied to the approach of the comet. This would be the excuse for martial law, FEMA camps etc. that the DHS is reportedly preparing for with the purchase of millions of bullets, lots of tanks etc. There was also an agreement recently between Obama and Putin that Russian troops will be brought into the U.S. in case of 'emergency.' It's my view that the conflict between these two is staged and managed by the U.N. or whoever is trying to take over the world lately. I have also heard that this will be an international blackout, as it would be if the Sun were to be blamed, but I can't check that information as yet.
If you google '13 november blackout' you will find some links to some sites that are reporting on this, as well as the interesting fact that Britney Spear's album 'Blackout' was meant to be released on November 13th 2007, but the date was changed due to leaks. I'm sure that means something to someone somewhere
