Who are the TBOC?

One of our members is displaying the TBOC as his True Orthodox jurisdiction.

What do those letters represent?

I think it means "True Body of Christ." Its not really a jurisdiction.

Oh, I thought it might be True Believers Orthodox Church or True Byelorussian Orthodox Church.
