South Africa: New restrictions on Christian clergy

Post by eish »

This is insane. (Not yet approved/implemented.)

Christians (and only Christians) to be judged by a council of diverse heretics as to whether they are allowed to be clergy. Par for the course with these commies, I guess. We already have a legal framework which effectively bans opposition to moral evils, even if enforcement has been soft so far.

This is almost certainly partly motivated by the government's frustration with zionist preachers. They've been making noises about that. I get it--but not a good way to deal with them. If anything, letting these heretics Voltron up and judge other preachers will create a framework for enforcing zionist groupthink.

As for the excuse of criminal abuses, that's irrelevant. There are already laws against them. Just arrest the kook who makes his people drink poison.
