So is it safe to assume that the True Orthodox Church of Bulgaria should be added to the list of Traditional Orthodox Churches? If not, why not?

I can't read Russian, so perhaps someone could tell us or better yet reveal to us this latest venture.

This is the 2 priests that stayed with former-Bishop Gregory when he set himself up as a synod of one. The rest of the Bulgarian parishes stayed with ROAC.
